At Favorite People, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
